Go off king, and keep up the education knowledge is power
homie 45yr old sophmore
Ioiá:nere' and well said. ❤🔥🍂
Congratulations for wonderfull act to help the College
They should be separate days maybe even back to back…history is history good or bad.
In college they taught us that green and blue eyes are a recessive gene, meaning if your eyes are blue or green, 50% or more of your ancestry would need to be of Northern European descent. We can all cherish our many ancestral peoples and backgrounds, but if I were applying for college scholarships, I too many be biased towards cherishing one of my minority ancestries more than others.
Okay race realist….
Well articulated Jaylon
I finished the book yesterday and absolutely loved it! Thank you for this conversation, it was wonderful to hear Mona’s ideas as spoken word. ❤
Would like to make a contribution love from Tennessee
Go Paige! UTTC is lucky to have you on their team. Thanks for your loyalty to the students and this college.
Can two-spirit people be Drumkeeper? 🌈
Awesome Trey I'm sure your mom and dad are very proud of you and your continued accomplishments keep reaching for the stars and love that story behind that beautiful blanket
REPRESENT!!!!!
❤
Elva Guerra, she played Jackie in Reservation Dogs. Very good series. Love the Mercury Cougar.
This is sad. Getting ready and to only find out after the interview she doesn’t have the “complexion for the connection.”
The Jeremy commercial was way better. ruclips.net/video/W_qv3XJN3EI/видео.htmlfeature=shared
Thanks for these interviews
Move aside? Nah. If you're good, you'll prove yourself and advance.
Nice video but seems like the students were prompted to shoehorn their situations into the concept of "social justice," which is so broad and overused it has become meaningless. As a long-time supporter of the Fund, I would recommend avoiding this type of messaging and sticking to the more personal stories of how the students benefit from the Fund, overcome challenges, and give back to their communities. Much more meaningful and focused on the uniqueness of Native American experiences than simply lumping them into the broad notion of "social justice," which can mean anything these days.
Thank you for the interview
Thank you for sharing the voices of these amazing scholars and community leaders!
As a former employee of the AICF, I was so inspired by the TCU movement that I returned back to school. I attended the Oglala Lakota College and pursued my bachelor's degree. I'm so glad I made that decision and always remembered how the donation from your supporters helped me obtain my educational goal. Wopila to your donors!
Cool. Go for it. Can't wait to see what you do on your watch. I can show you where all the potholes are, point out the schools with the highest percentages of substance abuse and illiteracy are, where it's against local ordinance to drink due to horrible alcoholism, and where some of the worst trash dumps are that aren't on any maps. Oh wait....😂 How about everyone stop with the tough guy rhetoric and the boss girl commercials. No one is falling for it.
Very well done P.S.A.
Or we could get our jobs on our merits...just sayin.
My mom was Native. Over seventy years ago someone helped her to attend college and she and our dad later on made sure that we attended as well. And now as the child of a native woman and a Senegalese African-American dad,I am continuing the the journey by supporting youth like the above students.
Chi miigwech!
It is inspiring to listen to these Native scholars and to share the word about the American Indian College Fund. Thanks
